The Adventures of Shatoosh and Pashmina

Shatoosh, an Albin 25 HN 1124, and Pashmina, a 9 foot Porta Bote have cruised over 8,500nm on 70 navigable waterways in the California Delta, the Columbia, Snake, Willamette Rivers and the Salish Sea of Washington and British Columbia. In 2011 they crossed the Columbia River bar to cruise the Washington coast and in 2012 they replicated Peter Puget's 1792 exploration of the southern waters of Puget Sound. In 2015 and 2016 the boats were sold. In 2018 Shatoosh was sold again and is in AZ.

Pashmina Is For Sale

Pashmina, my faithful little Zodiac, is available to buy. Mind you, she is very special, and has carried me into many nooks and crannies, where Shatoosh could not go. She is a Cadet Series C200, which is no longer made by Zodiac or West Marine. 6 feet in length and a beam of 5 feet, wooden and metal transom and can carry a motor, plastic slats in sleeves for flooring, inflatable seat. I changed out her oars by placing the paddles on telescoping aluminum boat hooks, so now she can move along quite nicely. She comes with foot pump, repair kit and duffle bag. She is in perfect condition.
