Beamers Cache Creek Jet Boat Tour

Today Ann and I went up river traveling at 35mph against the 10 knot current . The half day tour was spectacular in all ways. The geology was ever changing and my favorite columnar basalt was ever present.

The rapids were fun and exciting, but not scary.

We had a wonderful lunch at the Heller Bar Beamers Lodge  and then continued up river to Cache Creek to go ashore and see and old ranch tht is now owned by the forest service. One can even volunteer their time staying there. It has a wonderful view of the river.
